2.纳米球形聚电解质刷的制备及应用
首次采用光乳液聚合的方法成功合成出尺寸可控(50~200 nm)的带负电或正电的纳米球形聚电解质刷,其表面接枝密度可通过光引发剂的用量来调节,刷的厚度可通过单体的加入量来控制。最近又发现了热控乳液聚合法和以聚丁二烯胶乳为核直接接枝聚合制备纳米球形聚电解质刷的新方法。这两种制备方法更加简单经济,有利于实现工业化生产。利用纳米球形聚电解质刷对金属离子的选择性吸附和富集作用,成功地以其为纳米反应器原位还原制得尺寸和分布可控的金、银、铂、钯、镍等多种大小和分布可控的纳米金属,以及二氧化钛、氧化锌等纳米氧化物,发现它们具有很高的催化活性。此外,还可以利用纳米球形聚电解质刷作为载体分离蛋白质,吸附酶用于生物催化反应。研究成果发表在本领域著名学术期刊上,如Angew Chem Int Edit 2012, 51, 2229; AIChE J 2014, 1977; Nanoscale 2014, DOI: 101039/C4NR01085J; Langmuir 2014, 30, 2019; Soft Matter 2013, 9, 11276; Macromolecules 2011, 44, 632; Biomacromolecules 2013, 14, 818/2011, 12, 2552; Ind. 3.功能性聚合物水凝胶制备及应用
通过官能团改性分别将环糊精和客体分子控制接枝在聚电解质链上,利用环糊精和客体分子间的包合作用得到聚合物网络结构,制备出一类性能可调控的新型功能性聚合物水凝胶材料;通过改变环糊精和客体基团的结构和比例、pH值、温度、外加表面活性剂等一系列调控手段,可在大范围内调控该类凝胶材料的流变性能和机械性能,可广泛用于采油、涂料、化妆品、环保、生物工程等领域,尤其可以利用环糊精对苯和酚类分子的选择性包合作用,制备一系列多孔的环糊精聚合物颗粒,用于石油和天然气工业废水中苯酚等苯和酚类小分子的选择性大通量快速清除和回收。该技术的开发应用将为解决含酚废水处理的难题提供了可能。此外,设计制备了具有可控粘接性能的生物相容性聚合物水凝胶,以期用作假牙粘合剂、表面伤口涂覆材料及透皮给药载体等。发表论文包括Langmuir 2014, 1636/2008, 24, 8290; Polymer Chemistry 2013, 4, 820; AIChE J 2010, 56, 3021; Macromolecules 2011, 44, 9782/ 2008, 41, 8677; Ind Eng Chem Res 2011, 50, 7566/ 2010, 49, 609等,申请专利7项,其中获授权4项。
